How much does it cost to join Last Call?: There is no upfront cost to join. Last Call charges a transparent platform fee on each order. There are no hidden fees, monthly subscriptions, or long-term contracts.
Do I need to hire new drivers?: No. Last Call works with your existing employees. You can invite any of your current team members to become drivers on the platform. They must complete a short in-app tutorial on responsible delivery and ID verification.
How do payouts work?: You can choose weekly, biweekly, or on-demand payouts. Funds are transferred directly to your business bank account. The dashboard provides transparent breakdowns of order revenue, platform fees, and net payouts.
What if a product is out of stock?: You have full control over your inventory in the app. You can update stock levels in real time, mark items as unavailable, or adjust quantities. If an item runs out after an order is placed, you can contact the customer to offer a substitution or partial refund.
