During checkout, customers upload a clear photo of their government-issued ID. Our system verifies the document is valid and the holder is 21+.

Customers take a real-time selfie that is matched against their ID photo. This ensures the person ordering is the person on the ID.

At delivery, the driver verifies the customer's physical government-issued ID in person before handing over the order. No valid ID, no delivery.
