When we onboard a new Partner Shop, we do not just flip a switch. Our team works closely with each shop owner to photograph their products, set up their digital storefront, and optimize their inventory for the delivery experience.
One of the most common pieces of feedback we hear from our Partner Shops is that Last Call has opened up a new customer base they would not have reached otherwise. Customers who might drive past a neighborhood shop on their way to a big box store now discover it through Last Call and become repeat buyers.
Our Partner Shops set their own prices and control their own inventory. We provide the technology and logistics, but the shop owner is always in charge. If a product is out of stock, they update it in real time. If they want to run a special promotion, they can do that through the dashboard.
We are committed to fair and transparent terms with our Partner Shops. Our commission structure is competitive, and we invest in marketing and promotions to drive traffic to their storefronts on the platform.
