Your Last Call account is the gateway to seamless alcohol delivery. This guide covers everything you need to know about setting up and managing your account.
To create an account, download the Last Call app or visit our website and tap "Sign Up." You will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Since Last Call delivers alcohol, all users must verify they are 21 years of age or older during registration.
You can update your profile information at any time by navigating to Settings in the app or on the website. From there, you can change your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses, and notification preferences.
To update your payment method, go to Settings then Payment Methods. You can add new credit or debit cards, remove existing ones, and set a default payment method for future orders.
If you need to reset your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We will send a password reset link to the email address associated with your account. For security, the link expires after 24 hours.
To delete your account, go to Settings then Account then Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any pending orders will need to be completed or cancelled before deletion.
