Running into an issue? This guide covers common problems and their solutions to get you back on track quickly.
If you cannot log in, first check that you are using the correct email address. Tap "Forgot Password" to reset your password. If you signed up with a social login (Google or Apple), make sure you are using the same method. If you are still unable to log in, contact support.
If your order is taking longer than expected, check the order tracking screen for real-time updates. Delays can occur during peak hours, bad weather, or heavy traffic. If the delay is significant, the app will notify you with an updated estimated time.
For issues with incorrect or missing items, open the order in your order history and tap "Report an Issue." Select the affected items and describe the problem. Our support team will review your report and issue a refund or credit as appropriate.
If your payment was declined, verify that your card details are correct and that the card has not expired. Ensure your billing address matches the one on file with your bank. Try a different payment method if the issue persists.
If the app is crashing or not loading, try closing the app completely and reopening it. Make sure you are running the latest version by checking for updates in the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues, try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app.
