How to Place an Order

Placing an order on Last Call is quick and easy. This guide walks you through the process from browsing to checkout.
Start by entering your delivery address on the home screen. Last Call will show you available Partner Shops in your area along with their product selections, prices, and estimated delivery times.
Browse products by category (beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and more) or use the search bar to find specific items. Each product listing includes the name, price, size, ABV (alcohol by volume), and customer ratings.
Add items to your cart by tapping the "Add" button. You can adjust quantities in the cart. When you are ready, tap "Checkout" to review your order.
At checkout, confirm your delivery address, select a payment method, and add any delivery instructions (such as gate codes or apartment numbers). You will see an order summary with the product subtotal, delivery fee, service fee, taxes, and the 6% charity contribution.
After confirming your order, you can track its progress in real time. You will receive notifications when the Partner Shop accepts your order, when a driver picks it up, and when the driver is approaching your location.
To apply a promo code, tap "Add Promo Code" on the checkout screen and enter the code. Discounts will be reflected in the order total before you confirm.
