Getting Started as a Partner Shop
Last updated: February 1, 2026
Welcome to Last Call! We are excited to help you reach new customers and grow your business through on-demand alcohol delivery. This guide covers everything you need to get started as a Partner Shop.
To become a Partner Shop, you must hold a valid California liquor license (Type 20 Off-Sale Beer and Wine or Type 21 Off-Sale General). Our team will verify your license during the onboarding process.
The onboarding process is straightforward. Submit your application through our website or contact our partnerships team. We will review your application, verify your license, and schedule an onboarding call to walk you through the platform.
Once approved, you will receive access to the Last Call Shop Dashboard. From the dashboard, you can manage your product catalog, set prices, update store hours, view order history, and track your earnings.
When a customer places an order from your shop, you will receive a notification with the order details. Prepare the order and mark it as ready for pickup. A driver will arrive to collect the order and deliver it to the customer.
Payouts are processed weekly via direct deposit. You will receive the product revenue minus the Last Call platform fee. Detailed payout reports are available in the Shop Dashboard.
Our partner success team is available to help you optimize your product listings, improve your shop profile, and maximize your sales on the platform. Reach out any time through the dashboard or at partners@lastcalldeliveryapp.com.
